This is my oldest brother Luke (third one back). This is him graduating from the Marine corps, 13 years ago. My eyes were filled with tears when filming this moment. I was incredibly proud of him and looking back, I had no idea of how much more proud I am to call him my brother. He can take apart a harrier jet and put it back together. Something that I didn’t really understand or believe until I was able to see him at work one day. He’s been to Iraq once, Afghanistan twice, Japan/South Korea thrice and received over 10 medals.
What’s really cool is that he appears again in the Welcome to America video, with his son/my nephew Mason:
So that’s why the second verse of Welcome to America is personal to me.
