Each day is truly a gift from God.. Sometimes when a gift is of great worth we are afraid to use it. It sits there gathering dust because we are afraid we might lose it or damage it in some way. Maybe we don't want to be scolded for using it wrong so in fear of misusing it we leave it there. After awhile it is easy to forget about the gift we have been given. It sits there neglected. God expects us to use what he gives us for His glory.. i for one need to be forgiven for not remembering that. i often thank people for shining their light before men so that i might glorify my Father in heaven because of them. i need to remember not to neglect shining my own light instead of basking in everyone elses.
